Lilly a casting director for 15 years has now turned her attention to work and align the company with top US industry professionals that train and look to source the hottest new talent globally. LDC also has strong associates throughout Australia, New Zealand, the UK & Asia. LDC continually uses flair and imagination when sourcing and casting people and firmly believes that cultivating new talent is vital for the industry's future.

Actively involved in the promotion and representation of new artists for over ten years, LDC now collaborates with some of the world's top industry professionals and connects striving new artists with an array of international agents, managers, casting directors, directors and only the best tutors in the US.

Whether as PA to Eva Mendes (Ghost Rider, Hitch, Stuck on You) or working with some of Europe’s hottest photographers – Emir Haveric, Michael Klein, Martjin Oort, Simon Pushman, Tom Nagy and Anton Watts --– blending together casting and styling, LDC works on various projects around the globe.
